LES was founded by Joseph Langan, President.  Mr. Langan has more than 20 years of experience in construction, engineering and commercial real estate.  Mr. Langan serves as President and principal owner of River Drive Construction, founded in 1989 and headquartered in Elmwood Park, New Jersey.  Mr. Langan also owns and manages commercial properties in New Jersey.  Joe is recognized for his well-rounded knowledge of commercial construction and the commercial real estate industry and his ability to initiate and manage complex projects.
